While his work with Prince may leave a mark in many fans' memories, a lot of folks may not know what Dr. He was a member of Prince's touring band from the early Pre-Revolution days and stuck with Prince after the disbanding of the Revolution, performing on the now-legendary 'Sign 'O' the Times' and 'Lovesexy' tours. Matt Fink has contributed a great deal to Prince's sound, co-writing and recording memorable keyboard riffs on most of Prince's most classic albums. Matt Fink is someone who doesn't need an introduction on this site.Īs a member of Prince's band from 1978 to 1991, Fink's trademark scrubs and stethoscope have been as common to Prince fans as high heels and the color purple.
